Programme Overview

 

This 3 day intensive and practical programme will change the way you work and interact with others. This programme will provide you with the behavioural skills to effectively read, understand and connect with others to build trusting, sustainable business relationships. You will learn behavioural tactics that will enable you to move from reacting to positively responding in a variety of situations, thereby increasing your influencing effectiveness. You will gain personal insights on what blocks you and learn practical steps to overcome these. 

This programme is a must for all managers and leaders who want to excel in today’s business environment, which continues to grow ever more complex.  Matrix structures and working cross geography and cross culturely are now the norm and these present complex influencing challenges. By attending this programme you will be equipped with the behavioural skills required to purposefully direct your energy into action to create a change, giving you a competitive advantage.

Purpose

To provide a step change in your personal effectiveness at influencing

  • Developed a deeper personal awareness of your impact with others
  • Understood how to use your energy effectively to positively influence, rather than relying on your expert knowledge or hierarchical position
  • Learned how to use a range of influencing behaviours to involve others and provide direction, enabling you to achieve your objectives whilst building trusting, sustainable relationships
  • Developed your skill and confidence in giving and receiving feedback
  • Learned how to manage your stakeholders with positive intent, in order to improve your overall stakeholder management
  • Learned a behavioural framework and applied this to a current work issue

 

Structure

  • Interactive session facilitated by behavioural experts
  • Short theory inputs, followed by practical application sessions
  • Live – giving and receiving feedback “in the moment”
